The cracks and different problems that can develop usually stem from problems in the soil below the surface. Particularly if you have a patio that was built on very unstable soli. Repairs can be as simple as just filling up a few cracks, or as complex as literally tearing down the existing concrete structure to start over. Usually they are small enough to where we can tear down and start over as a better course of action than trying to make massive changes with minimal actions.

Over the years we have had to come in and fix multiple outdoor areas that were falling apart way before their projected expiration date.
